By the time of the late October harvest, the grapes had become overripe thanks to the abundance of sunshine, resulting in high sugar levels and excellent analytical values. With the gentlest possible processing and the most modern technology, the wine preserves the grape’s original fruitiness and the characteristic varietal notes of Hárslevelű. The result is a late-harvest wine of outstanding quality.
