Description
One of the most common varieties in the Balaton region. It spread to the Káli Basin before the phylloxera epidemic, in 1873. After whole-bunch pressing, the wine fermented spontaneously in tanks, then matured in tanks until March. This is the entry-level category, with a little residual sugar and harmonious acidity.
