Description
Olaszrizling is the most widely planted grape variety in the Badacsony wine region. We fermented the must—pressed from healthy, ripe grapes—in tanks to produce a fresher, fruit-forward Riesling, a wine ideally suited for a *fröccs* (wine spritzer). It features a refined acidity derived from the variety and the basalt soil, along with a finish reminiscent of bitter almond.
