Description
The year 2021 created favorable weather conditions in the wine region. The prolonged warm weather helped the grape varieties to reach their true phenological maturity with nice acids and high sugar levels. This is also reflected in the Rébus cuvée. It became a ripe, warm, almost Mediterranean-style wine. Its aroma is rich and intense, mainly with ripe forest fruits and the spice from the Syrah. The sip is substantial, rich, in addition to the black berry fruits, plum and gypsy cherry aromatics appear. The acids and tannins give the wine a good shelf life, with a potential of 15-20 years alcohol: 15%varietal composition:syrah 60% - October 20, 2021 - Nagy-Eged vineyard merlot 30% - October 12, 2021 - Noszvaj, Tekenőhát vineyard cabernet sauvignon 10% - October 19, 2021 - Novaj, Juhaszalagos vineyard maturation method: wooden barrels, in barrels of different ages, for 26 months
