Description
It is made exclusively from Chardonnay, which comes from the more than 50-year-old Chouilly and Vertus estates, where the yield is kept low in order to achieve a sparkling wine with remarkable structure. Part of the harvested grapes are fermented in oak barrels to achieve complexity, then aged in bottle for a further 8 years until the aromas fully mature. As a result, it has an intense golden color. On the nose, we encounter buttery and fruity notes, while on the palate, honeyed aromas fill our mouths.
