Description
The wine is a blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon. It is made using a unique process. When the merlot is harvested, the fruiting branches of the cabernet sauvignon are cut, but they are not picked, but left outside to wither on the vine. While the sauvignon dries, the merlot is turned into wine in the cellar, and then the must of the withered sauvignon is added to this wine. The wine is matured in tanks, no barrels are used during the maturation process. So everything we feel comes from the grape. As the name suggests, the wine is full of passion. It is worth aerating it a little to show its true values. Of the many red berries, currants are the most pronounced, but sour cherries, cherries and a little chocolate also come out of the glass.
