Description
This Lover is special, unique, lush. Where else could it come from than Verona, the city of lovers. The winery uses a unique technique to make this special wine, which is a blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and corvina. They start with the merlot harvest, at which time the sauvignon vines are cut, but the grapes are left outside to wither on the vine. The merlot is soaked on the skins for seven days, then pressed. The withered sauvignon is added to the wine made from merlot. When the sauvignon is harvested, the corvina vines are also cut, then picked after about 15 days and the must of the withered corvina grapes is added to the wine. The wine is aged exclusively in tanks, it is not aged in barrels. The richness of flavor therefore comes exclusively from the fruit. The wine is characterized by incredible concentration and richness of flavor, you can almost bite the fruits! A special experience!
