Description
This Lover is special, unique and lush. Where else would it come from but Verona, the city of lovers. The winery uses a unique technique to make this special wine, which is a blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and corvina. They start with the merlot harvest, at which point the sauvignon vines are cut, but the grapes are left outside to languish on the stem. The merlot is soaked on its skins for seven days and then pressed. The wine made from merlot is added to the crushed sauvignon. When the sauvignon is harvested, the corvina stalks are also cut, and after about 15 days they are harvested and the must of the crushed corvina grains is also added to the wine. The wine matures exclusively in tanks, it is not aged in barrels. The richness of flavor therefore comes exclusively from the fruit. The wine is characterized by incredible concentration and richness of flavor, you can almost bite the fruits! A special experience!
