Description
North of Verona, the so-called Amarone, one of Italy's best-known wines, is made in the Valpolicella area. This special wine is made using the passito process, the essence of which is that the harvested bunches are dried on wooden trunks for another 3 months, then pressed and matured in small barrique barrels for 2 years. Thanks to the process, the resulting wine is highly concentrated and a real specialty. Ca del Sette Amarone is also dense, almost black in color. It has a rich, unmistakable, intense aroma, in which we can discover mainly ripe black cherries, blueberries and lots of spices. The sip is silky, full and almost endlessly long. Its taste, just like its smell, is very complex, giving you a new experience every minute. It is worth tasting from a large glass, slowly and for a long time.
