Description
70% tempranillo, 20% mazuelo and 10% garnacha. The raw material comes from clayey, calcareous soil, 450-800 meters above sea level, from vines that are an average of 60 years old, and is harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in tanks with its own yeast. Aging takes place for 14 months in used American oak. Dark burgundy, a wine with a clean, complex aroma. The many forest fruit aromas are enriched by notes from barrel aging. A long and complex wine.
