Description
Cabernet Franc harvested from the Kovászi vineyard on old rocky granite and diorite soil, from a low-capital (30-40 q/ha) southwest-facing plantation. Dark intense, deep red in color, with a varietal aroma, ripe fruits, blueberries, blackberries, black pepper, eucalyptus, chocolate and coffee aromas can also be discovered. The characters appearing in the aroma are reflected in the taste, overall a complex, full-bodied, elegant, long-lasting batch. Red wine made with spontaneous fermentation, aged in 225 l small barrels.
