Description
Crisp, round and friendly. It grew on a calcareous, clayey loess and then fermented in a tank. The aroma is pure herbs, flowers and tea, the mouthfeel is smooth and rich, with lots of peaches and citrus. The finish is slightly fiery and mineral.
