"When I imagined the wine selection, which is about my favorite varieties and parcels, there were no world varieties in it. Primarily for ideological reasons, only local varieties, I thought, only basalt, only barrel aging. Label design was already underway when we tasted the fresh chardonnay vintage brought home from the cellar. Damn, how much! Can you feel the fullness and how well the barrel aging is?
