The wines in the Skizo Primőr Selection are made from selected own and purchased grapes. The wines in the basic range are made using reductive technology, while the wines in the Skizo Prémium Selection are made in small quantities in the cellar below the wine bar. They strive for simplicity in their production, so they only perform the most necessary winemaking intervention to achieve the best possible result.
