Description
Hungarikum is a grape variety, the stamen partner of the blue handle. Made with a reductive process, it has a bright acidity, with green, citrus notes typical of the variety. Due to its low alcohol content, it is recommended for consumption alone or with light meals and salads. I like it best as a splash ice cold.
