Description
With this wine, I recall my father's wine, the first defining wine experience of my childhood. The mixed grape varieties of an old, scattered plantation are harvested together, prepared simply, according to the ancient tradition, and the cabernet franc gives its final face. After tasting this, my younger son Vencel commented that it was good to drink, and then the older Vince pondered and replied "It's good to drink!" This is how my three-year-old son instinctively formulated what we have been working for for generations. The aroma is dominated by ripe fruitiness (black cherry, black currant), which is complemented by spicy notes (cinnamon, cocoa powder) when tasting.
