Description
The Balaton standard, the most widespread grape variety in the region. Like all our wines, it was traditionally aged in wooden barrels. The barrels are 225 liters, partly new, partly used. The finished wine spent 7 months in the barrels, and before bottling, it rested for another 4 months in a steel tank for self-purification. Despite being a white wine, it was bottled without filtration. We took the risk for the sake of the fullest possible aromas. It turned out to be a full-flavored, serious wine that is still easy to drink.
