Description
Merlot is a lovely, dark ruby-colored wine with a velvety aroma and flavor. Its aromas are dominated by red berries, blackcurrant, cranberry, raspberry, and sour cherry, followed by rich spicy notes of anise, coffee, and grill. In the mouth, it is characterized by a tight structure, ripe but powerful tannins, and a long finish. A red wine made with spontaneous fermentation and aging in 50 hl oak barrels.
