Description
Sauvignon blanc was already present in the Ménesi wine region before phylloxera. Cold-fermented, reductive white wine with a pale straw yellow color. In addition to apple aromas and tropical flowers, it also has a vegetal, hay character. The taste remains appley and citrusy, with nice, bright acids.
