Description
Its crystal clear, medium-deep intensity ruby color is edged with garnet. Its high viscosity is revealed by the clear 'church window' phenomenon. Warm spice, ripe blackberry and black cherry play the main role in its aroma. When tasted, the dry, full sip is complemented by medium acidity and soft tannins. Its long finish reveals cloves, avar, cardamom and cinnamon. In addition to the delicate use of barrels, the complex structure and fine barrel spices testify to its fine use. It can be an exciting pair with a red wine beef stew. It is worth drinking from a larger glass, after some aeration.
