Description
The base wine for sparkling wine is clarus (Magyarád white), the typical white wine of the wine region, which was grown and used specifically for making sparkling wine in the past. 40-50 years ago, the entire amount produced in the wine region was transported to Szilágysomló to make champagne. Bottle-fermented, made using a traditional method in cooperation with the Garamvári Vineyard. The characteristic features of the base wine variety include low alcohol and famously high acidity, with citrus flavors, which were reductively fermented. It is characterized by floral notes and medium-long beading. Elegant champagne with stud notes. In 2018, it was chosen as the champagne of the city of Debrecen!
