Description
100% Bobal - native variety of the La Manchuela region, from 70-80 year old stocks. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months. Cherry red color with violet shimmer. It smells like forest berries, supplemented with blueberries and raspberries. The taste is concentrated blackberry fruit cavalcade, with figs and winter spices. Rustic, powerful finish.
