Description
The wine is made up of 90% Monica and 10% other autochthonous grape varieties. Monica is the oldest grape variety in Sardinia. A rich, well-maturing wine. In both its aroma and taste, we can discover raspberry and black cherry notes, which go well with roasts, duck and goose dishes.
