Description
70% Tempranillo and 30% Garnacha. The raw material comes from clayey, calcareous soil, at an altitude of 450-800 meters above sea level, from 70-year-old trees on average, which are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in a tank with our own yeast. Aging takes place for 8 months in American and French barrels. Dark burgundy color. Intense black berry fruits in both aroma and taste.
