Description
70% Tempranillo, 20% Mazuelo and 10% Garnacha. The raw material comes from clayey, calcareous soil, at an altitude of 450-800 meters above sea level, from 65-year-old trees on average, which are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in a tank with our own yeast. Aging takes place for 18 months in used American oak, followed by 28 months of bottle aging before being put on the market. Dark burgundy color, clean, complex, high intensity, fruity, spicy aroma. The sip is also very intense, balsamic, peppery, smoky, with a little leatheriness. A harmonious, fairly long wine.
