Description
Made from a blend of syrah (70%) and grenache (30%), this wine has a really appealing depth, but is still soft and silky. After harvest, the grapes are fermented on their skins for at least 3 weeks, which gives the wine a silky and full-bodied quality, 15% of which is aged in oak barrels before bottling. On the nose, we encounter rich notes of cherry, blackcurrant and tobacco, which is made more special by the presence of graphite, and the sip is full of harmonious, velvety tannins.
