pale pink speciality, made from a rare, ancient blue grape variety. Limited series champagne selected from a single vineyard. Its aroma is cool and full of ripe, juicy fruits (apricots, mangoes). A very unique spiciness comes in the sip, it is incomparable to anything else, and greets you with a particularly dry finish. Aged for 18 months on lees.
