Description
During the manual harvest, the grapes are picked in 20 kg crates, followed by cluster selection. After fruiting, damaged, defective grains are removed. Fermentation takes place in small concrete tubs at 23-25 degrees in 25 days. After decomposition, the natural malic acid goes into a new French barrel for 18 months, after which it is bottled. Intense, deep ruby color with violet flashes. Its aroma set is very complex with red berries, plum, black cherry, wild berries, caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of smoke. It is characterized by a mouth-filling, energetic sip, tannins and a long finish.
