Description
It is based on sangiovese grosso, a clone of Brunello in Tuscany (including Montalcino). Its fate is intertwined with legendary Italian wineries. An extremely late-ripening variety, radical crop limitation is essential. If grown in this way, it can produce great world-class wines with an incredible maturation potential. It was already cultivated by the Etruscans and then by the Romans, dating back 2,500 years. We are the first and currently the only ones in Hungary to deal with it. And if it were not so, it could only be because it had already appeared in the province of Pannonia during the Roman Empire, and wine could also be made from it.
