Description
Andante is a truly rounded wine, made unforgettable by its exceptionally good acid-sugar ratio. The 157 g/l residual sugar, which is almost as good as an aszú, is complemented by a lively acidity in this light yellowish wine. The aroma of apple and pear, the taste of Turkish honey and the mineral character are combined with the notes of barrel aging, which are completed by the long elegant finish. It is an excellent choice for desserts and dried fruits, but it also provides a magical culinary experience as an accompaniment to a tender duck breast or a juicy foie gras.
