Description
Sweet wine made from 100% linden leaves, golden in color, with a pleasant aroma. Spicy, with rich, elegant flavors from over-ripening that melt into harmony, rounded acids, and a long finish. An excellent aperitif. It is a perfect match for foie gras, creamy and lemony seafood dishes, duck made with fruit and not too sweet desserts and cheeses. Thanks to barrel aging, it will become more complex and richer in the next 10-15 years.
