Our top bull's blood from 2021 was born as a result of long experimentation and tasting: SD Gloria. SD Gloria, like Soli Deo Gloria, means "Glory to God alone". This is not a church wine, but rather a kind of revelation that all the good that surrounds us, and luck that is worth it, better than the best vintages and impressive wines cannot depend on us alone. Of course, we do our best every day, but year after year it seems that we also receive a little help from above. Gloria Bull's Blood reminds us of this. The famous composer Johann Sebastian Bach often added the monogram SDG to his name at the end of his late works, expressing that his talent was not his own, but was given to him... We think so too!
