Description
After about three years on the lees, the Brut Classic matured in a magnum bottle shows a particularly fresh, yet complex face. Already in its aroma, it lists promising aromas – citruses and stone fruits dominate, followed by biscuits and minerality. The elegant overall image is based on the unique character of chardonnay and furmint, which are favorites for champagne production. In the taste, the ripeness is more pronounced, along with grapefruit, lime and quince, roasted notes and toast, some salt gives its detailed character. Its foam is full and lively, the dosage ensures an ideal balance. Composition: 33% chardonnay, 33% furmint, 24% pinot noir, 10% pinot blanc Dosage: 8 grams/liter
