Description
Clone along the Loire, on loess soil, with an extremely early harvest at the end of August. Traditional spontaneous fermentation in open vats, followed by five-month aging in third-fill barrels. Transparent, filigree appearance, with a hecsedlic, musty aroma typical of the variety. Medium-bodied sip, with cherries, red fruits, vibrant acids and fine tannins.
