Description
Hand-harvested chardonnay from 50-year-old stocks. Spontaneously fermented and matured for almost a year on fine lees in used wooden barrels. The aroma is apple, grapefruit, honey and white flowers. Explosive, rich sip, citruses, bright acids. Understated, nice barrel notes with a chalky, mineral finish.
