blend of fresh, easy-drinking grenache noir (60%) and syrah (40%) featuring black fruits. A kind of wine anywhere, anytime, with anyone. "Flying Solo" i.e. flying solo... the winery recommends this wine to the brave (unarmed) pilots who in 1918 risked their lives with their one-man planes to fly the war air mail between Toulouse and Barcelona and Toulouse and North Africa. With total blackout, a giant black pine on the grounds of the winery was used as a reference point for landing.
