Description
100% Carinena. The winery is characterized by traditional winemaking, natural yeasts, battonage technology, and aged stocks. In 2021, the harvest fell on the first and second week of October for carinena. The wine matured for 8 months in French 300 and 500 liter barrels. It shows a very strong varietal character: black berry fruits and floral notes are revealed, complemented by spicy, toasty aromas from the barrel. The sip is wide, vibrant and quite long.
