Description
Jeune is a blend of organic viognier (40%), vermentino (30%) and chardonnay (30%). Batch fermented in a steel tank, which matured in the bottle after blending. Pear and citrus in the aroma, round acids and pleasant length and butteriness in the mouth, typical of the Chardonnay variety.
