Description
The wine is made from 100% nuragus, which is an autochthonous Sardinian variety, mainly grown around Cagliari. Yellow wine with green reflexes, apple and pear taste and aroma. The sip is characterized by lively, good acids and white-fleshed fruits. In gastronomy, it can be recommended for noble fish, light appetizers, and salads made with not too spicy dressings.
