Description
Kabar is a special Hungarian-bred white grape variety, created in 1967 by crossing the Bouvier and Hárslevelű varieties. The Gallay Winery's batch was made with spontaneous fermentation and placed in wooden barrels where it matured on fine lees for 10 months.
