Description
It is one of the fuller rosés. Its first appearance is slightly sweet, with ripe red fruit; then the raspberry and cherry pairing unfold. Good acids and restrained flavors, all in a nice harmony. As it warms in the glass, it opens nicely. This rosé does not need to be chilled, it is best at 12-13 degrees. It goes well with pastas, vegetable and meat ragouts, and is an ideal accompaniment to semi-hard aromatic cheeses.
