It combines the traditional winemaking techniques of the wine region (essence, aszú, szamorodni production, translation) and winemaking work based on this, but also with an innovative approach. A unique wine, in which essentially zeta zamorodni, 6 puttonyos aszu and essence work together. This item in our wine selection has the intrinsic value of a 5-puttony aszu, but still stretching its boundaries and reinterpreting it. With it, we express the sweet wine identity of the estate in an informal, so to speak, free style and at the same time the imprint of the first-class, historic Mádi vineyards.
