Description
Mid-September, night harvest. Fermentation took place at 24 degrees, under controlled conditions, with selected yeasts. Aging took place in tanks for 1 year, then in French barrels for half a year, as a result of which the winery bottled a dark burgundy wine with a moderately intense, spicy aroma. Spicy aromas return in the sip, as well as ripe blackberry and fine barrel use.
