Description
Csóka is a real rarity. This indigenous kissa grape has practically disappeared in our country today. Due to the special nature of the breed, we decided to save it and reintroduce it on our property. We started an interesting experiment with the Pécs Viticulture and Wine Research Institute in the spring of 2004, and we are now the proud owners of 4,000 shares! With its unique face, Csóka 2019 excitingly brings the beauties of Villány's great vintage. Tart cherry and cool, malty aromas and flavors are present at the same time. Really silky acids and tannins like mirror velvet are reminiscent of the Burgundian world. Recognitions: Gilbert and Gaillard International Challenge 2024: gold medal
