Description
Our Furmint is a gift from the best, Grand Cru production area of the historic Nagy-Eged-hegy, Eger. One-third of the raw material was fermented in a tank, two-thirds in a barrel, then aged in second- and third-fill 225-liter small barriques and 500-liter ace barrels for 9 months, on fine lees. Its color is pale golden yellow. In its elegant aroma, apples, pears, slightly ripe apricots and white flowers appear, which are later completed by the limestone and flint, which are so characteristic of the region, as well as the sweet cake aroma resulting from the use of barrels.
