Description
The characteristic grape variety of Somló, juhtail, was harvested from the terraces of the mountain rich in volcanic rocks. The bunches were sorted and whole bunch pressed, then the must was mostly fermented in steel tanks and partly in reused 500-liter barrels and aged for eight months. White-fleshed fruits and the minerality characteristic of Somló are the most prominent in its aroma. Vibrant and well-balanced wine. It is characterized by good acids and a very long aftertaste.
