Description
We harvested a limited crop from one of our best-situated vineyards - Parapli. After that, we also performed manual sorting during the processing. After processing, it fermented in 5 hl wooden barrels plus two 240 liter amphorae (this was followed by two months of battonage) and matured for 9 months. For the blending, we used the most beautiful barrels and two amphorae, which gave the wine extra complexity.
