Description
It is the flagship of our winery. Every year, it can only be made from the highest quality grapes from the Hatalos vineyard. Barrel fermentation and minimum 6-month aging in oak barrels. A fruity, juicy batch with a serious body and sufficient acidity. In addition to grapefruit, green apple and peach, the taste shows a little green spice and minerality.
