Description
French champagne made using Cabernet Franc. In the winery's area next to Montreuil-Bellay (limestone soil with flint), the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand from vines that are on average 20 years old. After pneumatic pressing, it is fermented at a controlled and regulated temperature of 15°C, using yeast. The aging of the base wine took place on fine lees, which were opened only two weeks before bottling. It smells very aromatic, with white flowers and dried fruit. The sip is delicately mineral and extremely supple.
