MARASY Champagne is a new product in the life of the estate. The soil of the vineyard in the embrace of the small amphitheater, the loess, the unique climate, the Furmint grape and the classic method of champagne production are a fantastic opportunity to make champagne with fine, elegant, mineral flavors. During traditional viticulture, the Furmint variety can be harvested with a special aroma, fine, tasty and fresh acids. We pick the bunches of grapes by hand, carefully selecting them, only intact, healthy bunches. Our sparkling base wine is then prepared with quality pressing and controlled fermentation, which is aged on fine lees. The second fermentation took place in a glass bottle, when the carbon dioxide formed turned our dry wine into champagne in a fine bubble distribution. The brut champagne obtained in this way was aged for 15 months, developing the final aroma character. Brut MARIASY Sparkling wine is a special aperitif due to its elegant, clean, delicate taste and mineral character, excellent with fish dishes, charcuterie, trout, but due to the nature of Brut, it is suitable for almost every occasion and course.
